Image Generation
- SD 1.5 for 512px drafts, SDXL for 1024px finals
- 20 steps preview → 50 steps final with SDXL refiner
- Pin seed after approving a variant
- LoRA weight: 0.6–0.8 for style, 0.8–1.0 for character
Video Generation
- AnimateDiff: 16 frames @ 8fps = 2s clip (VRAM safe)
- SVD-XT: image-to-video, 25 frames @ 6fps
- Keep motion subtle for brand work
